Poor people migrate to other countries because they want to start a new life and get a job that meets the better standards. Once they get enough money they will either send it to their family or return to Morocco and live with it. Some people cross to other countries illegally since they have no starting money. Many poor people have migrated to foreign countries and have permanently lived there.
Rich people migrate or just travel to foreign countries for a different reason. Many students continue their education in North America or Europe due to the better education standards than in Morocco. Some rich people just travel as tourists for a temporary time and return to Morocco.
